By the time the team finished clearing the monsters that attacked during the night—which didn't take long, since those creatures were genuinely weak—the remaining time before 4:00 AM was spent purely farming the Cryo Hypostasis. After all, the thing did drop some decent loot.
With over four hundred people firing arrows simultaneously, the damage output was far higher than what a handful of people could manage.
Not to mention, there were a few individuals with the Flame enchantment.
A single volley of attacks was enough to bring the Cryo Hypostasis down to low health, triggering its recovery phase.
Once the mechanic was broken, another volley finished it off. It collapsed and died almost instantly, at the speed of light.
However, since not every bow had the Infinity enchantment, they didn't keep up that breakneck pace forever.
After a brief experiment to test their fail-safe capabilities, they left the killing to the fifty or so people who possessed Infinity bows.
On paper, their efficiency dropped to an eighth, but in reality, it only fell by about a fourth.
After all, the initial damage was complete overkill.

The fact that a Trounce Blossom required stamina to claim was even less of an issue; they simply gorged themselves on Minecraft food.
Producing food in Minecraft was incredibly simple, so spending a bit of stamina to farm these rewards was no problem at all.
However, this food wasn't entirely a cure-all.
To be precise, it was only useful in the early stages. Once an individual's personal strength reached a certain level, their satiety requirements naturally became much higher.
While a few pieces of bread could satisfy them now, in the later stages, not even several truckloads of bread would be enough.
Even if they managed to fill their stomachs, their jaws would be sore from all the chewing.
Consequently, as people grew stronger, eating became a secondary method of recovery.
One could still use food for nourishment, but it was no longer essential.
Unless there was food containing exceptionally rich energy—such as the various delicacies from 《Toriko》—stronger individuals mostly directly converted and absorbed energy from the environment.
This was the advanced progression of the power system in the later stages of the apocalypse.
Of course, if one's personal strength hadn't improved, they could still obtain massive amounts of stamina replenishment through eating.
One had to judge based on specific circumstances.
Besides that, one must not forget that a domain called the Peak of Vindagnyr existed on Dragonspine.
This was also a place where stamina could be consumed.
One could obtain the Blizzard Strayer and Heart of Depth Artifact sets there.
If not for the fact that golden five-star Artifacts weren't available yet, a significant number of people would have likely chosen to Dead-bind them.
...
Speaking of which, in the battles against the Cryo Hypostasis—or rather, in any battle against Genshin Impact monsters—everyone who was Dead-bound to a Genshin-related item participated.
Even if they weren't the main force, they would stay on the sidelines to get an assist.
After all, killing monsters from Genshin Impact granted experience points—though most people usually just fed their characters a few Character EXP Materials.
In reality, this mechanic was replicated, though only those Dead-bound to Genshin Impact items could gain this experience.
Of course, it was only experience within the Genshin system, not Feedback. There was a boost in strength, but it still couldn't compare to the Feedback from [Order].
To supplement, aside from Fang Dongwei, there were three other Dead-binders tied to Genshin Impact items.
The first was related to Durin’s Heart. Surprisingly, they had actually succeeded in the binding; it seemed there was someone with very high compatibility among them.
...
One thing must be added regarding Dead-binding.
Dead-binding is not entirely safe. If one forcibly attempts to Dead-bind an object far beyond their own level, they are headed for an early grave—unless their compatibility is exceptionally high.
When one's desires exceed their power, such consequences are natural.
Similarly, if compatibility is too poor, it also leads to death.
Of course, as long as one isn't stubborn enough to try and "gamble" with their life, they remain safe if they actively withdraw from the Dead-binding process upon realizing they are a poor match for the object.
The boy who completed the Dead-binding with Durin's Heart was named Li Danhua. Judging by his final appearance, his adaptation was excellent.
He had transformed into something resembling the recently released Genshin character "Durin," though he only looked like it.
Li Danhua hadn't completed an innate transformation. After all, there was no mini-Durin present, and he hadn't technically killed the thing with his own hands.
The requirement of landing the killing blow personally severely limited the number of Transformers. It often created a paradox.
"I want to transform into it" → "Then you must kill it first" → "I haven't transformed yet, how can I kill it?" → "Then go transform first..." It was a vicious cycle.
This was especially true for powerful transformation targets.
Even the heart of a fallen dragon like Durin was not something an ordinary person could handle.
Just the initial attempts to chip away at its health would take forever; they would likely be outpaced by the target's natural regeneration.
Therefore, most Transformers were quite powerful.
Either they were very lucky and found a target that hadn't fully developed yet and was still in a weak state, or they were already strong enough as an ordinary person to kill the target through various means.
...
The second Dead-binder was tied to the [Ominous Mask] dropped by the Frostarm Lawachurl, a person named Wu Kunshou.
His compatibility was high enough, and the mask dropped by the Frostarm Lawachurl allowed him to complete a related Dead-binding.
While he didn't literally turn into a frost Lawachurl, it provided him with a significant boost.
The Snow-Tombed Starsilver claymore, obtained through solving the puzzle (though they had actually just forcibly dismantled it), also ended up in his hands.
Furthermore, he could continue to improve by absorbing masks, rapidly developing into a quite respectable combat force.
Li Danhua was the same; Durin's various dragon bones and teeth were all things he needed.
...
However, there was a limit to the speed of this absorption. The dragon bones were simply too massive, and after reaching a certain point, he had to stop.
Mo Shao directly took half of the remaining dragon bones.
Don't ask why she got half without doing any manual labor. Without the pickaxes and chests she provided, how much could they have even carried away?
The third Dead-binder was tied to the Ley Line Sprout dropped by the Cryo Abyss Mage, a case similar to that of the Frostarm Lawachurl; the person was named Yang Shanbie.
In the future, there was a chance they could develop into an Abyss Herald, an Abyss Lector—or even an Iniquitous Baptist.
One could say they had quite promising prospects.
Beyond that, there were no other Dead-binders tied to Genshin items.
They had been quite tempted by the Skyfrost Nail and the Frostbearing Tree, but in the end, no one succeeded.
The difficulty for those two was simply too high, primarily because of their sheer scale—so they eventually gave up.
Mo Shao reckoned that if their axes and pickaxes hadn't been unable to break them, those people would have probably tried to pack the two things up and take them away.
Then again, she had been thinking the same thing herself.
