How Could the Master of All Villains Be Righteous?

"As your master, I will shield you from the wind and rain—but don't you worry about where that wind and rain came from." A villain, defeated by the protagonists and at death's door, cries out: "Stop watching the show and save me!" "I told you not to slack off on your cultivation. You can't even beat a bunch of trash? If you're bad, just practice more." Villains can form groups too, and Wen Li is the stabilizer for this bunch of lunatics. Stuck in the Foundation Establishment realm for ten thousand years, she is granted a "Villain Rescue" system in order to ascend. Her legacy disciples are a collection of traitors: the Hehuan Sect senior sister who was infatuated with a Buddhist monk only to have her sect destroyed; the Ancient Soaring Serpent second male lead who forcibly seized the heroine, drove her to death, and then committed suicide; the stuttering scholar who slaughtered his beloved and his entire clan to fall into demonhood; the empress who sacrificed ten thousand clansmen to possess her own sister and take the throne; and the gloomy, suspicious, love-starved Demon Race black lotus... Wen Li takes them all as her rebellious disciples. Sect Rule #1: No betraying the master (which includes falling in love with her). No discrimination against any evil or demonic cultivators. If there are outsiders, scam the outsiders; if there are no outsiders, scam your teammates. When we fight, we fight our own. The array cultivator senior brother: "Can't get out? That's right. I don't know the solution either." The pill cultivator senior sister: "Look, I can control the dosage now. You guys aren't dead yet, are you?" The sword cultivator junior brother: "What's wrong with a little stab? It's your honor to nourish my sword with your blood." The ghost cultivator junior sister: "Successfully possessed a teammate with a spirit ghost. This master has peaked." After leaving the sect, the six of them realized that the world outside is actually full of good people. The disciples thought their master was truly just at the Foundation Establishment realm. But why could she win against Nascent Soul? Against Soul Formation? Even against Tribulation Transcendence... she still wins. Wen Li: "Sorry, those more devious than me aren't as wicked, and those more wicked than me simply don't exist." The System: "Weren't you supposed to rescue the villains? Why are you teaching them to be even worse?"
